Who We Are
Heron Ventures is a Dubai-based strategy consultancy and venture builder dedicated to the luxury sector. We exist for clients who find large consultancies too generic and luxury agencies too shallow — those who need counsel that understands both the boardroom and the atelier.
We keep the firm deliberately small. Few clients, deep engagement, principal-level attention throughout. Our work spans the Gulf, Europe and Asia, with Dubai as our home: the meeting point of the world's most dynamic luxury consumers and its most ambitious builders.

Whether advising or building, we act with an owner's care. Recommendations come with the operational detail to execute them — not a deck left on the table.
Our client list is private and stays that way. We do not publish case studies or trade on our clients' names.
